Early Barracuda Production Specifications 2

Like any other Muscle Car, the Barracuda’s Option list was extensive. There were two basic options available: "Powertrain" and "Convenience." See below for a complete listing of standard options.

The right combination, or so it was thought, could make or break the car. One thing for certain is this: the huge option list that makes the consumer feel in control, and the dealer a little richer, is still in effect today. This may be the major legacy of the muscle car.
